WEEKLY MARKETING CYCLE

For years, our agency has offered Haze Dispensary a weekly marketing routine that involves sending out email newsletters featuring the newest items and deals, showcasing promotional slides on in-store TVs, and dispatching weekly text messages. Additionally, we have created a customer support service that allows customers to bring up questions and concerns about their accounts, orders, and anything else, which takes the burden off of the in-store personnel and gives them the opportunity to create deeper connections with customers. Our team also handles the dispensary's customer loyalty program.

IN-STORE PROMOTIONAL EVENT COORDINATION 

Our team created the Haze Pop-Up Event as a promotional experience inside the store, providing customers with info on deals, rewards, and account solutions. Through the loyalty program that we manage, a rewards system was designed to thank customers for taking part. To create a successful project, we managed strategic planning, training staff, a digital/physical guide, budgeting, supply sourcing, banner design, and customer experience checklist, so the store could hold the pop-up event any time with consistent quality.

PRINT COLLATERAL

For years, we have been supplying Haze Dispensary with a variety of print materials for their special collaborations, promotional activities, and essential in-store notifications. This includes posters, promo cards, in-store installations, bag flags, and advertisements.
